Hi @Ry thaxton,

The problem is here :

UserData        : C:\Users\*****\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
UserDataExists  : False

Checking Tray folder...
TrayDir         : C:\Users\*****\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray
TrayDirExists   : False

I see that you tried to manually change the locale to Spanish. Is your game locale set to Spanish? :ermm:

If yes...

S4TI thinks that your game is setup to English US mostly because Origin has not updated the registry and since the save folder is localized S4TI can't find it.

Fix 1 Running a Repair from Origin should fix your problem.

Fix 2 Set the game location and language from S4TI. Use File>Config Paths and make sure Auto Detect is not checked.

What caused S4TI to think it would need Safe Mode? Has an error occurred or did you simply force S4TI to close? :ermm:

Please help :(

OK is not available since the entered user name is not valid (not listed).

Pressing Enter while Cancel is selected (blue state) will just close the dialog. :/

@Ry thaxton,

If you messed up the game location or language, just check Auto Detect in File > Config Paths and it should restore normal detection. ^_^

If you still have trouble, check your Documents folder and look for Electronic Arts, there should be a folder ending with 'Sims 4'. If the folder doesn't exist we have a problem!

Localized Save folder :

The Sims 4 = English (or any other languages)

Die Sims 4 = German

De Sims 4 = Dutch

Los Sims 4 = Spanish

Les Sims 4 = French

*S4TI only list the content of 'Documents\Electronic Arts\<Localized Save Folder>\Tray'.
