Game Path Configuration / S4TI Crashing

I'm on MacOS: Ventura 13.0.1

 

Hello, been searching the forums + YouTube videos on how to configure my game path. When I open S4TI the names of my households + lots are there, but the images are blank. Then when I try to replace images for a lot, the S4TI program closes. 

 

In S4TI Preferences, the game path is: 

 

Game: /Users/jfana/Applications/The Sims 4.app

 

Data: /Users/jfana/Applications/The Sims 4.app/Contents

 

Any guidance on this?
